What means did you use to install Python 3.5.2? That will have a bearing on where its executables and libraries are installed. When you set the PYTHONPATH environment variable (in the Terminal) to the path to your Python 3.5.2 library, you can type python, and it should run v3.5.2 and not the default System Python. Exporting an empty PYTHONPATH will again default python to 2.7.10.

Under no circumstances should one attempt to remove, or replace the System Python installed by OS X/macOS. Presently, that is 2.7.10, and both Apple, and third-party application developers depend on that particular version.
